Dry Rooms (Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Offices)

• Handwashing all furniture, surfaces, including blinds, baseboards, doors/frames, fixtures etc.

• Make all beds (beds must be stripped with new sheets available)

• Inside and outside of sliding doors

• Removing trash from area and waste baskets

• Vacuuming and mopping

• Spot cleaning walls

• Vacuuming upholstery

• Spot cleaning reachable windows (inside only)

• Spot Cleaning tough floor stains

Wet Rooms (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Laundry Rooms)

• Inside and outside of all appliances (microwave, oven, fridge)

• Washing all cabinets, inside and out (items must be removed in order to accomplish the most thorough cleaning)

• Taking out all trash including Kitchen trash 

• Washing light fixtures, baseboards, blinds (high dusting unreachable spots)

• Hand mopping sizable rooms (If its a large bathroom or kitchen, we will hand mop the edge and corners)

• Cleaning mirrors fully (2 step ladder limit)

• Extra time for tough shower floors!

Office Buildings, Apartment Buildings, Retail Buildings

• Dusting top to bottom

• Washing all table surfaces (including desks, but will NOT move any items on desks)

• Sanitizing high touch points (door handles, light switches, railings, water fountains etc.)

• Spot cleaning glass doors

• Removing all trash in building

• Cleaning all bathrooms and kitchens

• Vac. and mopping all floors

Restaurants & Clubs

• Wiping tables and chairs as needed

• Sanitizing high touch points (door handles, light switches, railings, water fountains etc.)

• Spot Cleaning mirrors and glass doors

• Removing all trash (kitchen trash not included)

• Cleaning all bathrooms 

• Vac. and mopping all floors

• Will clean floors ONLY in kitchen and behind the bar
